Deck fan damage during the October 30 cleaning
Prepared by Paul Lipof for the owner of North Georgia Clean. Times are Eastern Daylight Time. The footage is from my Deck Camera (UniFi Protect). The device logs are from my Home Assistant system and my UniFi network controller.
What happened. Your crew cleaned my house and windows on Thursday, October 30, from about 12:00 to 5:10 PM. I asked the crew to be careful with the cameras. At 3:15 PM a crew member pointed a pressure-wash wand up at my Deck Camera and blasted it. The lens was soaked and the camera was blinded for about two minutes. He then sprayed the deck ceiling and its beam, where my Big Ass Fans Haiku deck fan hangs.
The fan stopped working at the same moment. The fan had reported to my system every ten minutes for days. It sent its last report at 3:17:30 PM, while the ceiling was being sprayed (the camera shows the spraying from 3:17:02 to 3:17:43), and it has not worked since.

The camera was hit and soaked
The crew member pressure-washes the floor, raises the wand toward the camera, and at 3:15:00 the lens is covered with water. The camera stays blinded until about 3:17.

Spraying the ceiling where the fan hangs
At 3:17 the crew member points the pressure-wash wand straight up at the deck ceiling and its beam. The fan sent its last report at 3:17:30, between these two frames.

The fan's log: its data stops at 3:17:30 PM
The deck fan (Big Ass Fans Haiku, network name DeckFan, IP 192.168.0.227, MAC 14:33:5c:21:4c:00) reports its temperature to my Home Assistant system about every ten minutes. This is the recorder history for October 30. After 3:17:30 nothing more arrived, ever.
